Due to enterprisation or to growing influence of the companies (bussines model) in the world today, the strategies, the language, the techniques and the profit, previously restricted dimensions to this type of organization, they overflowed to other types of organizations, whose main objective was not the financial result. Directly inserted in this context, the soccer clubs, from force of entrerprisation, they redirected their purposes and, in some cases, became real companies towards the economical benefit. Thus, considering that the existence of business mechanisms in those organizations might have influenced or altered their organizanization administration, it is understood, that the clubs can present changes in their structural configuration. This way, it was tried to analyze the relationship between the process of the soccer enterprisation and the organizational structure of Sport Club Internacional and Figueirense Futebol Clube, both participants of the 2005 Brazilian Championship. To accomplish this research of a descriptive-interpretative nature, it was used a technique of multi-case study, having the soccer club as unit to be analized . The subjects were selected by judgement and the data were collected in two ways, as it shows:1ª) secondary data colecting (statutes, norms, sites and specialized magazines); 2nd) primary dada colecting, interview in depth (semi-structured with direct contact) and observation. Those data were treated by content analysis. Soon after this stage, starting from the enterprisation categories, concern with the market, legal aspects and language, and of the structural dimensions, complexity, centralization and coordination, a comparative analysis of those organizations was held. Through this analizes it was obvious concerning the enterprisation degree as well as the process of structuring of both organizations. In other words, “Internacional” besides presenting strong business characteristiscs, also has a more rigid and elaboreted structural configuration when compared to “Figueirense”. Although the greatest impacts have been identified in Figueirense, in general, it was identified a narrow relationship of the enterprisation process with the structure of the researched organizations, above all, in the coordination mechanisms (professionalization). Because, when adopting eminently business posture, the concerning about obtaining financial resources becomes the main daily objetive for those organizations, and, in that way, it is clear in those clubs the need, for then to continue exploring the soccer as a way of business, they count on professionals from several areas, which view to inspire professionalism, credibility and safety in their commercial relationships. That condition, consequently, causes changes in the other researched structural elements (complexity and centralization).
